These last few months have been immensely difficult for many across the state and country, thank you for your trust and helping us to continue to serve you during this time.
Many people are depending on us right now for a safe and reliable playspace for their family. While we support and understand each family’s decision to continue quarantine for their safety, InnerActive endeavors to offer the highest standards of safety and cleanliness for all that are able, to explore options for getting their family active in a safe manner.
As the state of Minnesota begins to ease restrictions, we are moving thoughtfully and judiciously with guidance provided by local authorities, including the Minnesota Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control.
We are building on the processes that already were exercised before the pandemic such as wellness checks, social distancing, daily sanitization of ALL equipment with health-care quality sanitizers, provision of masks and gloves for employees, along with the addition of new procedures and training for the reopening of our playgrounds.
New procedures and guidelines for our play areas include:
Reduced seating and tables to accommodate social distancing.
Limitations on the occupancy of play areas.
More frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces, including tables, door handles, faucets, etc.
Continued care efforts, including crew members wearing masks or face coverings, and making gloves, and additional sanitization stations available for customers.
When you are visiting InnerActive we ask that you:
Ensure that no members of your family have exhibited any signs of illness, including a fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
We encourage adults to wear a mask.
Please wash your hands upon arrival.
Follow posted signs for occupancy in each play area and follow social distancing guidelines.
We will be monitoring our capacity to keep you safe in 3 ways. 1. Our camera system allows us to keep a count of the number of people entering and exiting (please use our exit doors to help keep this count accurate!) 2. We will be monitoring/limiting the number of passes sold each day. 3. We will have staff onsite during busy times to help manage capacity. While we are able to control the number of people in the building we ask for your help in social distancing and supervising your children, as always!
With adherence to these new procedures and guidance, as well as continuing to rely on guidance from CDC, state and local authorities, InnerActive will make reopening decisions that are right for the local communities and help ensure all customers feel safe and welcome.
As our daily routines continue to evolve, we remain committed to safely serving you and our local neighborhoods. We look forward to welcoming you back into our playgrounds, when the timing is right for your family with these extra precautions in place.
What is your party cancellation policy?
TEMPORARY PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY: We will provide a 1-time rescheduling option with no additional fees. You may apply your fee to any available date or time within SIX months of your cancellation. You do not need to set your new date immediately. Please complete our form to reschedule.
Of course there are many questions from you surrounding your scheduled events, and we want to let you know what we are doing today to help stem the losses to our business so we can survive the high costs of our facilities long enough to re-open when the proper authorities support that decision. We will provide a 1-time rescheduling option with no additional fees. You may apply your reservation fee to any available date or time within SIX months of your request. You do not need to set your new date immediately. We understand this is not the ideal situation for everybody involved but everyday is bringing new and different challenges, and we are doing everything we can.
When you are prepared to reschedule, you can schedule your event to occur anytime in the next 6 months, At least 72 hours notice is needed for us to schedule your event, but you are welcome to schedule as early as you are comfortable for the best selection of openings! We will allow 1 change per reservation so please ensure you select a day/time that works for you. Due to the large number of rescheduling requests and the very small staff (just me!) I have created a short form to receive your requests. I will not be able to confirm requests sent by email, but will direct you to this form. Teddy and I greatly appreciate your willingness to work with us on a solution that allows flexibility for parties. As a small locally owned business, we have done all we can to provide similar options as larger hospitality organizations while continuing to provide the safest and cleanest playground possible for families that need a place to play after this trying time.
Will you refund my membership?
While we were closed due to the government mandate, all memberships were put on hold. Any active memberships at the time of reopening will be pushed back by the number of days we were closed. This means you will not be out any of your membership time you have paid for.
Our membership cancellation policy will remain in effect, with no updates at this time. We understand if your family feels it is best to cancel your membership and return at another time.
