We are happy to now offer the opportunity for a private after-hours facility rental!
For $325 you can host your group for private play time at InnerActive from 7:30pm-10pm on any night of the week! 20 children are included in your booking, and any children in addition to the first 20 will be charged at $10.50 each. 20 adults are included in your booking, any additional adults will be charged at $5 each.
Your reservation will be booked from 7:45-9:45pm. InnerActive closes to the public at 7:30pm. Your group is welcome to enter at 7:30, an InnerActive staff-member will be onsite to ensure that all other customers have left the building by 7:45pm. All persons from your group must exit the building by 10pm. Your reservation ends at 9:45pm to give you 15 minutes to clean up, and ensure all guests have exited at 10pm.

We require 1 adult per 6 children.
20 children and 20 adults are included in your reservation, a refund will not be given if you have less than 20 children or adults.
The final number of people attending your party is required 24 hours in advance, and your final payment (for any additional children) will be taken at that time as well.
First and last name of every child and adult who will be in attendance will be required for your liability waiver.
After booking your party you will receive a follow up email that will include a pass-code that will be good for every person in your party group, it will work for the full day of your scheduled party. This code should be sent to each person attending to enter the front door.
A signed liability waiver is required for your party. A link to this will be sent in your confirmation email, or you may also use the link below. This must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your party. If you would like individual parents to complete the waiver, please contact us.
Private-Event Cancellation Policy: The $325 reservation fee is due upon booking to secure party room date and time. This event fee includes a $100 facility fee and a $225 non-refundable deposit.
Client Cancellation received at least 14 days before event date- Client receives full facility Fee refund ($100.00)
Client Cancellation received between 72 hours and 13 days before event date - Client will receive a 50% Facility Fee refund ($50.00).
Client Cancellation received less than 72 hours before event date- (and InnerActive remains open) – no refund
RESCHEDULING (one-time rescheduling, must occur within 2 month of the original event date)
Client Reschedule Request received at least 14 days from original event date - Full original event $325.00 Facility Fee and Deposit will be applied to Rescheduled Reservation.
Client Reschedule Request received between 72 hours and 13 days before event date - Full original event $325.00 Facility Fee and deposit will be applied to Rescheduled Reservation. Client will be assessed an additional $50.00 late rescheduling fee.
Client Reschedule Request received less than 72 hours from original event date - no rescheduling option, no refund available.
Client Reschedule, Client Cancel (for the second time) - no rescheduling option, no refund available.
*If we must cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, a government shut-down, or any other situation out of InnerActive's control there will be no refunds. InnerActive will help you reschedule your event.
