Month to Month Memberships
I have an active month to month membership at minnetonka
Your membership has been set to not renew this month in Minnetonka due to our final closure, and we will take care of your cancellation.
When is my final day to play?
The final day that InnerActive will be open is April 25th. YOUR final day of access using your membership was mentioned in your personalized email sent on 3.30.21 or you can log in to your membership account to view your specific credentials and end date.
What if I want to play after my membership/entrance code expires
You have 2 options:
- You can purchase a day pass prior to arrival for each child in attendance, this can be completed on our website.
- We can manually renew your membership for you this month, any time paid for past our April 25th closing date will be valid to use at our Mounds View location. (We apologize but will not be able to provide pro-rated refunds)

hOW SOON WILL MY REQUEST BE PROCESSED?
There is a great deal of requests coming in, and very little staff to handle them! We will process responses on a first-come-first-served basis. We expect to respond within a week of your response. Please be patient with us in processing requests.
I think the remaining prorated membership payment is incorrect
We’re sorry for any confusion. We can look into this with you. If you see a discrepancy with the amount in the email we sent, please let us know in the comments section of your request form. We’ll look into it when we begin processing your request. Keeping questions to the form will help us provide streamlined assistance.

Respond by April 20th. Any accounts that have not responded by April 20th will automatically be updated with an account credit.

I would like a refund
We apologize, but we are not able to refund purchases on Gift Cards. Your gift card does not expire and is still valid at our Mounds View location. We are hoping to reopen on the west side in the future, and all gifts cards will be available for use at that location as well.
