How it Works

InnerActive passes can ONLY be purchased online. We strongly recommend purchasing from your own computer or phone prior to arriving at InnerActive. We do have stations in our lobby for purchasing, for your convenience. Once purchased, you will receive a unique 6-digit code on the screen and in an email that will grant you secure access to the indoor playground.

InnerActive Playground is unsupervised, and children are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times in the park. All play areas have rules clearly marked, and it is the responsibility of the parents to watch their children, just as at an outdoor park.

InnerActive Monthly and Annual memberships are valid at both Minnetonka and Mounds View locations.

Purchases must be made through our website, with a debit/credit card.

•  Every child entering InnerActive must have a paid entrance code. Accompanying adults are free. Sharing your entrance code with others or allowing or unpaid/unknown persons into InnerActive is prohibited. 
• If you are visiting InnerActive with ONLY a child under the age of one, you must purchase a day pass for that child.  If you are entering the space with older siblings as well, your infant under the age of 1 is free, and welcome to enter under your paid code for the older children.
• All children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times while at InnerActive.

 
ONE-DAY PASSES

• One Day Passes can be purchased to use today, or any date in the future!
• You may use your entry code repeatedly on the day of purchase and it will expire at 9:00pm.
• Every child entering InnerActive must have a paid entrance code. Accompanying adults are free. Sharing your entrance code with others or allowing or unpaid/unknown persons into InnerActive is prohibited.

MEMBERSHIPS:​

• Our month to month membership is a recurring membership. Your membership will automatically renew 1 month from your day of purchase, and on the same day every month until you choose to cancel.
• An administrative fee is included in your first month of membership. This is an initial charge that will cover everything from setup to cancellation of your membership.  Upon cancellation of your membership, the fee will be required to re-start a new membership.
• Membership codes are good at both Minnetonka and Mounds View InnerActive locations! 
• You are able to cancel at any time by completing our cancellation form. You may set your cancellation for a date in the future, but we are not able to back date if you forget to cancel.
• All children on a monthly membership must be from the same family and household.
