How it Works

InnerActive passes can ONLY be purchased online. We strongly recommend purchasing from your own computer or phone prior to arriving at InnerActive. We do have stations in our lobby for purchasing, for your convenience. Once purchased, you will receive a unique 6-digit code on the screen and in an email that will grant you secure access to the indoor playground.

InnerActive Playground is unsupervised, and children are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times in the park. All play areas have rules clearly marked, and it is the responsibility of the parents to watch their children, just as at an outdoor park.

Important Information...

Purchases must be made through our website, with a debit/credit card.

•  Every child entering InnerActive must have a paid entrance code. 2 Supervising adults are free per child. Sharing your entrance code with others or allowing or unpaid/unknown persons into InnerActive is prohibited.  You will be held financially and legally responsible for all persons who enter under your code, unpaid guests will be charged an entrance fee and a penalty charge for each child entering.
• If you are visiting InnerActive with ONLY a child under the age of one (0-11 months old), you must purchase a day pass for that child.  If you are entering the space with older siblings as well, your infant (0-11 months old) is free, and welcome to enter under your paid code for the older children. [If your child is old enough to walk and enjoy our space, a pass should be purchased for their visit]
• All children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times while at InnerActive.
• If there are more than 2 supervising adults per child, a day pass must be purchased for each additional adult.

 
ONE-DAY PASSES

• One Day Passes can be purchased to use today, or any date in the future!
• You may use your entry code repeatedly on the day of purchase and it will expire at 9:00pm.
• Every child entering InnerActive must have a paid entrance code. 2 Supervising adults are free per child. Sharing your entrance code with others or allowing or unpaid/unknown persons into InnerActive is prohibited. You will be held financially and legally responsible for all persons who enter under your code, unpaid guests will be charged an entrance fee and a penalty charge for each child entering.

• If a group of adults will be visiting with no accompanying children we ask for prior notice (example: adult groups playing basketball or soccer onsite).  In this case all adults must have a valid entrance code for each person.

MEMBERSHIPS:​

• Our month to month membership is a recurring membership. Your membership will automatically renew 1 month from your day of purchase, and on the same day every month until you choose to cancel.
• An administrative fee is included in your first month of membership. This is an initial charge that will cover everything from setup to cancellation of your membership.  Upon cancellation of your membership, the fee will be required to re-start a new membership.
• ​You are able to cancel at any time. To cancel your membership, please login to your membership account ( Mounds View).  Once logged in you will be able cancel your membership by clicking on the cancel membership icon, this is located near the top right of the page where your active membership details are shown.  For more detailed instructions and illustrations, please visit our membership cancellation page.  
• All children on a monthly membership must be from the same family and household.
