What do you mean by Unsupervised?
Unsupervised means we do not devote staff resources to accept payment at the door or to monitor children. It allows us to remain open from 7:30am-7:30pm every day of the year! We do staff cleaning and maintenance, so you may often see us onsite cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing.
What should I wear?
Dress for active play! Socks are required throughout InnerActive. We ask that outside shoes are removed. Please bring a clean/dry pair along with you if you would like to wear shoes during play.
Are there lockers onsite?
No, we only offer cubbies to store your items. InnerActive is not responsible for lost items so please keep your valuables with you.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes. We do not monitor the lost and found, so if you have something missing please stop back and take a look for your item! Your entrance code is valid for the full day of purchase, if you need to come on a day when you do not have a valid entrance code contact us for a 1 time code.
Please keep all valuables with you. InnerActive is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property including any items left in our lobby.
Can I bring my own food?
You are welcome to bring in food of your own or have it delivered to the space. We also have vending machines available on site. Yes we do, but we highly encourage you to be active with your children and enjoy our indoor space! The wifi password is posted onsite near the sink in the cafeteria.
How often is inneractive cleaned?
InnerActive is cleaned daily, but this is not always completed overnight as you may be used to with many businesses! Our cleaning staff is mom/dad's just like yourself. We work with our staff for scheduling that works for best for both of us. This means that sometimes the park is cleaned in the afternoon, and sometimes in the morning/evening! If there are any issues between these cleaning times, please let us know, and we will have an additional staff member out as soon as we can.
Are Masks required?
Face coverings are optional for all guests. As we are an indoor playground, and our main focus is on the youngest members of our community who are not able to receive a vaccination, we strongly recommend all guests wear a mask at InnerActive for your safety, and the safety of the children at play!
