Where do I find my entrance code?
Your entrance code was sent to you shortly after booking in an email with subject line "InnerActive Party Rules and Entrance"
Can I use my door code multiple times, or is it a one-time code?
Your entrance code is valid for the full day of your event. It can be used as many times as you need. Each member of your party should enter this code when they arrive; if a small number of people arrive together they are welcome to enter the code once, and enter together, ensuring the door is not held open for other guests behind them.
How long is my reservation?
Your reservation is 1.5 hours, with 15 minutes before for setup and 15 after for cleanup, for a total of 2 hours in the party room.
Can we show up early and begin our event in the cafeteria?
You are welcome to play as long as you would like on the day of your reservation, your only constraint is your celebration time within your party room. If you arrive prior to your reservation, or choose to stay and play after your event; all party components must be removed from any public space at InnerActive and stored in your vehicle. Do not move any party activity into the general cafeteria area at ANY time, before or after your event. This includes presents, cake, food, decorations, etc. Any celebrations occurring in the cafeteria during/before/after your event will be charged at $65/hour.
If you do not book a party room, and choose to host an event in the cafeteria there is a $175 fine for doing so- all celebrations must be completed in a party room.
Can I bring in my own food?
You are welcome to bring in any food/drinks that you would like.
Do I need the names of my guests?
Yes, the first and last name of every child AND adult who will be in attendance at your event is required to be listed on a liability waiver. If you do not know the complete names of all the guests, please plan on enough advance notice to have waivers completed by individual families.
Do I need to include Adults on my waiver?
Yes, we must have the first and last name of every adult and child who will be in attendance.
I am more than 24 hours from my party and have completed my waiver, but need to add additional guests.
You will need to complete a new waiver with the additional names.
I am within 24 hours from my party and have completed my waiver, but need to add additional guests.
We are unable to accept any changes to your waiver within 24 hours of your event, a day pass must be purchased through our website for any additional guests- for both children and adults. Please send receipt of the day pass to [email protected] to confirm the new final number of people who will be in your party room.
I have more than 30 people attending my party, and there is only space for 30 names on the waiver.
If you need to add more than 30 names, please complete a 2nd waiver with the additional names.
Parents will be entering to drop off their kids, but will not be staying, do I need to include them on our waiver?
Any adults who will not be staying do not need to be included. Any adults who will be entering InnerActive for your event need to be included on your waiver.
I have children who are under the age of 1, are they included in my 10 children?
Children 11 months and younger are free to enter InnerActive. We still need their name included on your waiver, but please make note of their age, and you will not be charged for them.
How do I complete my final payment?
Your final payment will be completed by InnerActive. Your final number will be collected from your liability waiver.
Why do I need to pay for adults for my event, if they are free to enter with a day pass?
Parties recently have an excessively large number of adults compared to children, and we have had issues with capacity when that occurs. To combat that we charge a small amount for any adults over the 10 free adult entrances included in your reservation.
Are balloons permitted?
No, we do not allow any type of balloons at InnerActive. A $50 fine will be charged if you choose to bring balloons. If any balloons need to be removed from the ceiling an additional $300 charge will occur for a lift rental.
What do I need to do to cleanup the room after my event?
The room must be left in the clean state it was found in. Cleaning supplies are provided for you in the room. Tables and chairs must be wiped down, floors swept and garbage taken out.
Where does my garbage go?
There is a garbage closet near the party rooms, you can place all garbage from your event in a provided garbage bag and in a can in this closet.
How many tables and chairs are there in the room?
There are 4 tables and 24 chairs in each room. Tables and chairs can not be moved from any other area of the park, and we do not have additional that we can provide. If you need more tables/chairs for your event, you are welcome to bring them along. These must be removed from InnerActive immediately following your event. To view photos of both rooms, click here.
